What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the uniqueness of vintage and preloved items, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges so please be sure to check sizing on clothing items and details listed on home items + accessories. While there may be minor signs of wear on some items, that’s what I personally love about the character and nature of vintage and the story it has to tell.

How do I care for my RECENT CLOTHING PURCHASE?

I make sure to wash all clothing items unless they require dry-cleaning. Any flaws on the piece will be noted in the description prior to purchase.

I recommend washing items as needed in cold water and hang drying them as pre-loved and vintage pieces can be delicate!

I want to make a purchase! What does shipping look like & is your packaging eco-friendly?

Shipping is paid for by customer. All orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive an order # as well as a tracking # via email once you have made your purchase.

& I am currently in the works of getting all packaging used for Gaucho Goods to be eco-friendly.

Are all items sold on your site vintage?

My goal is to provide as many vintage pieces to your closet as possible, however if I find pre-loved items that I believe fit well with the Gaucho Brand that are not deemed as vintage, I will still happily list them for you and make note that they are a more recent, secondhand pice.

Is vintage sizing accurate/ relevant to todays sizing?

Sizing with vintage items may vary. All sizing/measurements will be listed on each product and I do my best to compare/match to modern day sizing. Please read the descriptions to get the most accurate idea of what sizing is for pieces and don’t hesitate to ask questions if you need assistance, I am more than happy to help!

For reference, I am 5/5 and typically a size 8. I try my best to photograph the clothing on myself, but in the event it doesn’t fit I will list photos with tags if available & sizing as stated above.

Can I order and pickup locally?
